What do I read?
If you haven't visited a bookshop recently then you are in for a big surprise. Retailers such as Waterstones and Borders have opened high street stores with selections that would give most local libraries a run for their money.They are great places to browse what's available but you can do just as well from the comfort of your own home.

But here's the good news, having found a book, instead of buying it you can now see if it's available for free at you local library.

Find your book
Follow this link to the Lancashire library catalogue, enter the book details and the library service will tell you which libraries normally stock it, whether it's in stock or on loan and, if you wish, allow you to reserve a copy for collection at you local library.
