Follow this link to Find NHS Services; enter your postcode to find local health services such as GPs, dentists, opticians, pharmacies and walk-in centres.

You will also be able to view local hospitals, the services they offer and how they rate. 
Many GPs can offer a range of services as described in this link to Help the Aged. To be sure, ask for a copy of the Practice Leaflet which should list all the services available.
