About Me

I was born in Liverpool of Welsh parents,and moved to Heysham when I was Eighteen months old.I was married in 1965 and we have two daughters.We moved to Garstang in 1972 on my appointment as Music Teacher at Garstang High in 1972.From an early age I took an ininterest in politics remembering a visit to Lancaster of Clement Attlee just after the war.

        I became a Garstang Town Councillor in 1999,and Mayor in 2004 which was an imense priviledge.I contested the Calder Ward in 2003 and managed to secure the seat which I held in the 2007 Elections.
