Thank you very much for logging on to my site. I am one of three Councillors who represent Staina Ward of Thornton on Wyre Borough Council.

I have been a Borough Councillor since 2003 and find the work of a Councillor most interesting and challenging.

I have been fortunate to be selected as 'Deputy Mayor' in 2004-2005 by the then Mayor Councillor Maurice Richardson, now Honorary Alderman of the Borough. A very interesting and rewarding year indeed, made me aware of so many talents in the people of all ages in the Borough. My wife Councillor Mrs May Gandhi and I were very proud.
