About FCTC

The aims and objects of the Fleetwood Chamber of Trade & Commerce are:-

The FCTC exists to act on behalf of its members at a collective and individual level,
The FCTC will represent business and commercial viewpoints to regulatory and statutory bodies.
To watch the proceedings of local authorities in order that proper regard may be paid to the consequences of decisions that affects the tourist industry, fishing industry, retailers, catering industry, professionals and commerce.
To endeavor to secure adequate representation on governing bodies of the area and encourage representatives from Parish, Borough, County and Parliamentary groups to attend FCTC meetings. 
To enter into friendly co-operation with other organizations whose objects are the advancement of the amenities and prosperity of the area?
To discuss matters of mutual interest and to solidify such interest by united action where necessary.
To promote talks to members on topical business related matters. 
The Chamber will seek to develop the potential environment of Fleetwood and promote and encourage green issues, socially and economically.
To encourage members to provide a high standard of service. 
To achieve quick and effective communication between members.
