About Me

I have lived in the Carleton area for over 35 years. Born in Burnley, I moved to Blackpool and settled in Carleton in 1969.

I had my own dairy business for many years in the Carleton, Poulton and Blackpool areas. I then retired to open a cookshop in Preston and then moved to my last shop on Chapel Street, Poulton.

I am married to Kathleen and we have fiour children, twin sons, a son and a daughter. All were educated in this area - the twins going on to gain degrees in Architecture and Accountancy from Manchester and Salford Universities.

With my long term knowledge of Carleton and its community, I am committed to working on behalf of the people of Carleton and more generally in Wyre.
