Bridle path and Path

For the last 3 years now I asked could some improvement be made and slowly they are being done, which with money being as is it I am really pleased.

Some work was done on the path itself so it makes it better to walk along in wet weather. I attended meetings with the golf course and one of our engineers and our chief Countryside Ranger for more improvement. So working together more work has been done along there. The Council paid for the fencing that was put up part way and the golf course did the work of putting this up. We have bought marran grass and most of it has been planted some by the golf club and some by our rangers.

I asked our engineers could a couple of seats be put along the path as people like to stop and the golf or it's nice to be able to just sit and take in the views and the sea air. Last week I saw the first one of the seats installed and people are so pleased with it.

It shows working together and as the ward councillor just not giving up I have kept pushing for this and now feel so pleased that I am getting that area improved for the residents and visitors to enjoy.
