You can now pay by direct debit or through your local Post Office or by cheque or on line at www.wyrebc.gov.uk
Why can I not park on the High Street, Garstang while calling into my bank?
The Town Council, The Chamber of Trade, The Town Trust and the residents would like this facility but Lancashire County Council are against it. The local MP Ben Wallace is now on the case and meetings with Lancashire County Council have taken place in an endeavour to have limited parking bays. There is now some common ground with the County Council in regard to this matter so it is the case of keeping an eye on this item. Ben Wallace MP has been working hard in the background and if you will like to contact him then it is wallaceb@parliament.uk
